The Multi-Code MCS109950 1099-50 1-channel 12-24V Gate Receiver is easy to install and operate and can operate from 12 to 30 volts AC or 10.5 volts DC. It is compatible with transmitters that use 300 MHz Multi-Code format and Stanley 310 MHz transmitters.  It is very easy to program with dip switches and up to 1,024 possible codes. It comes a whip antenna, 3 feet of coaxial cable and bulkhead connector.Â
