Returns Policy

365 Garage Door Parts understands that good customer service does not end once the item is shipped from our dock. Although we would love for every item purchased to meet your needs in every way, we understand that there are times when you may need to return your item. To ensure a hassle free return process we do not require a RMA number. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We can accept a return on items which are not compatible with your systems as long as the items are in brand new unused condition with all original manufacturer’s packaging, and instructions. There is a 10% return fee on all returned items and the shipping and handling is non-refundable. If the returned items are incomplete, damaged or not in brand new unused condition we will be forced to charge an additional fee to replace or repack the missing components. Please ensure that a copy of the sales receipt accompanies your return.

Don’t hesitate to contact us with compatibility questions or more information about our return policy. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed and refunds issued back to the form of payment which the order was placed on.
